Poor posture

It’s based on special foam rollers and small rubber balls for foot/hand/facial work. Sue Hirzman has devised this therapy and it is SUPERB. very definite relief even after one session and I now I tend to do movements from it on daily basis, with or without any problems. Helps to dehydrate the Connective Tissue and it really works. Pilates is the other discipline which is very complementary to MELT.
