Although there are many “roads” that lead to disease (smoking, drug use, excessive alcohol use, having a nutrient-poor/junk food diet, chronic stress, and exposure to toxins), there is another one that very few people think of…
But it’s arguably one the most common factors behind most illnesses!
I’m talking about poor digestion.
And if yours isn’t going along so well, you better be talking about it too.
Fact is, you absolutely MUST have sound digestion if you want any resemblance of good health.
Here’s why.
What goes in must come out (minus a few things)
You probably know that digestion is how your body breaks down foods and absorbs nutrients.
Well, since most diseases have their roots in one or more nutrient deficiencies, if your digestion isn’t providing those needed nutrients, it’s just a matter of time before your number comes up in the disease lottery.
Plus, poor digestion also means wastes building up in your intestinal tract, and this is not good for 3 reasons:
- It causes imbalances in your microbiome (where 80 percent of your immune system is, and your immune system protects you against disease).
- It impairs your body’s ability to eliminate old cholesterol and hormones (increasing your risk of cancers and elevated lipids).
- It stirs up fires of inflammation, which is another major factor behind disease.
Why oh why?
One of the most common causes of poor digestion is enzyme shortages in the small intestine and/or pancreas.
You might be surprised by that, since many people think the stomach is the hot spot for digestion.
Not so. The stomach preps your foods and starts the breakdown process, but the real action is in your small intestine, assisted by the pancreas (and gallbladder).
This is why it boggles my mind that many mainstream doctors just shove acid reducers or laxatives at people with digestive problems.
That’s like putting a band-aid on a broken leg.
You talking to me?
You’re probably wondering at this point how you can tell if something isn't right down there in your small intestinal area.
Here is a quiz you can take to see if there may be enzyme or nutrient absorption issues with your small intestine and/or pancreas.
Use the following scoring chart when describing your symptoms:
0 = I never have this
1 = I sometimes have this
2 = I frequently have this
3 = I always have this
Do you have or get:
Alternating constipation and diarrhea |
__________ |
Abdominal cramps |
__________ |
Large, greasy, shiny stools |
__________ |
Mucus in stools |
__________ |
Foul-smelling stool or flatulence |
__________ |
Fatigue after eating |
__________ |
Indigestion 1-3 hours after a meal |
__________ |
Gas in the lower bowel |
__________ |
Food allergies |
__________ |
Acne |
__________ |
Dry, flaky skin |
__________ |
Dry, brittle hair or nails |
__________ |
Difficulty gaining weight |
__________ |
Feelings of constant hunger |
__________ |
Poorly digested food in stools |
__________ |
Pain in the left side |
__________ |
Diarrhea |
__________ |
Autoimmune disease |
__________ |
Osteoporosis |
__________ |
Diabetes, anemia |
__________ |
Your total: __________
Score interpretation:
0 - 6: Small intestine/pancreas issue is unlikely
7 - 10: Small intestine/pancreas issue is possible
11 or higher: Small intestine/pancreas issue is probable
Help is on the way
There are two safe, natural ways to help your small intestine do its BIG job...and keep you feeling great and disease-free into your golden years:
1- Supplement with enzymes
The best way to help with a possible intestinal (or pancreatic) enzyme deficiency is supplementation with a complete digestive enzyme formula like Digestizol Max.
Digestizol Max’s effective blend of 15 plant-derived enzymes (including proteases to help compensate for low stomach acid—another common digestive issue) targets a broad range of proteins, carbohydrates, sugars, fats and fibers in your diet.
Plus, its blend of 6 soothing herbs assists in healing your digestive tract.
Digestizol Max will help to thoroughly digest all of your foods, which gives your small intestine a break, enhances nutrient absorption and helps to conserve your body's remaining enzyme supply.
2- Make your meals easier to digest in the first place
When you modify your diet to include more enzyme-rich, wholesome real foods and eat meals that naturally break down easily together, your digestion can improve DRAMATICALLY.
And you end up wasting fewer precious enzymes in the process!
That is the basis of my Great Taste No Pain health system.
In Great Taste No Pain, I teach you what foods to pair together in your meals to make your system’s job much easier and pave the way for tip-top digestion.
The best part about Great Taste No Pain (besides feeling so much better down below) is that you'll still be able to eat foods you love. You just need to be a little more careful about what you eat together so it can be broken down efficiently.
Don't let a sluggish or overworked small intestine (or any digestive organ) increase your risk of disease one minute longer.
Especially when it's so easy to keep your digestion humming and protect your body's own reserve of enzymes.
To your health,
Sherry Brescia
My ex-husband and I had always managed to stay friendly after our divorce in February 2017. But I always wanted to get back together with him, All it took was a visit to this spell casters website last December, because my dream was to start a new year with my husband, and live happily with him.. This spell caster requested a specific love spell for me and my husband, and I accepted it. And this powerful spell caster began to work his magic. And 48 hours after this spell caster worked for me, my husband called me back for us to be together again, and he was remorseful for all his wrong deeds. My spell is working because guess what: My “husband” is back and we are making preparations on how to go to court and withdraw our divorce papers ASAP. This is nothing short of a miracle. Thank you Dr Emu for your powerful spells. Words are not enough.

Hello Rachel,
We’d encourage you to consider Gastro BeCalm after meals to see if that helps quiet your noisy gut!
High fiber vegetables (including broccoli, which is often in stir fry) can produce more gas, causing a noisy gut. You may wish to switch up and/or add other vegetables to your stir fry such as carrots and green beans. They have less fiber and could be easier for you to tolerate.
We hope this helps!
Hi, I have your Great Taste No Pain book and program for many years but still i notice that I have a noisy gut and pain when I eat stir fried veggies, by themselves, some fruits even if i don’t mix them. if it is a small portion it is fine. I did the Fructose test and it showed i don’t have Fructose intolerance. I already tried several enzymes in the past and it didn’t help. I am willing to try again but am not sure it is my problem although I had a big score on the quiz.
what is your take? thanks, Rachel
