Since it’s Friday, I thought it would be fun to anecdotally highlight one of my favorite products of ours. I’d love to make this a series of emails, so I can talk about each of our offerings in more detail every week or couple weeks. Surprisingly, we have customers out there that are unaware that we have a variety of products, not just the one or two they’ve experienced. So, bringing them all out in the open seems the best course of action to remedy this! I am also a firm believer that sometimes the best way to learn about something new is to hear a relatable story.
This week I’ll talk about Digestizol Max.
My husband Brian used to manage a trucking company where he spent a significant amount of his day on the road. Unfortunately, this led to some questionable nutrition choices (gas station snacks, lots of caffeine, and even fast food sometimes). Being married to me, he was fed much more nutritiously at home than when he was on the road, thank heavens.
When we moved to Florida last year, he was no longer spending his days in a truck so the food he was eating took a turn for the best! But it began to seem as though there was some damage done in the years he spent eating junk food. I won’t get graphic, but I’m sure you can surmise what was going on with his digestive system.
In my personal life, I don’t shove our products on my friends and family. This isn’t one of those pushy MLM’s; I’ve been in this business since 2008 and firmly believe that if someone in my life wants my help, they know all they need to do is ask. Well, ask he did!
After describing to me what was going on, I felt awful for him! But my experience allowed me to have an idea. Why not give enzymes a try?
The beautiful thing about Digestizol is that not only does it contain plant-based enzymes that help aid in efficient digestion and nutrient absorption, but it also has a soothing herbal blend as well that helps calm an over-taxed digestive system. And from his description of what was happening to his bowels and his feelings after eating, it sounded like he would benefit from both functions. So, a bottle of Digestizol was in order.
To start, he took one right as he began each of his three meals through the day. As things started to calm down, he brought it down to twice a day, now after a couple of months he only takes one with his largest meal of the day (usually dinner).
Digestizol is one of our products that I still get a lot of questions about. A lot of people don’t necessarily understand its function. Years ago, when it was new, I even remember calls and emails coming in saying “why do I need Digestizol?” and my no-nonsense answer was always “what is going on that makes you think you do?”
It isn’t for everyone, and that’s ok!
If you eat and you feel perfectly fine, chances are great that you don’t have a lack of enzymes or a punished digestive system, in which case it wouldn’t be a good fit.
But if when you eat (even good combinations like in Great Taste No Pain) you experience disruptive symptoms (gas, bloating, diarrhea, etc.) there is a high probability that there’s something going on with your body’s ability to make enzymes naturally (age, lifestyle, and environment all contribute to this, of course). Plus, if you want definitive confirmation, you can speak with a healthcare professional about it too!
So, if you or someone you know sounds like my husband did a couple months ago, please know we’re here and we sympathize. You may find the same relief he did, and I’m happy to help!
I hope you all have an absolutely fabulous weekend!
All my best,
Danielle Moon
