Thank you for taking the time to read my message today.

I wanted to update you on a couple of things here at Holistic Blends.

First: Digestizol and Gastro Be Calm are approaching readiness! FINALLY! The moment I have their arrival dates secured, I will post them on my red announcement banner at the top of the website; plus, we’ll release news to everyone via email – so if you get our regular emails, you will get that too! If you’re not on the email list and wish to be, you may easily sign up by scrolling to the bottom of the home page and entering your email in the box where it says, “Stay in the Loop”.

I know it can be really frustrating when products are out of stock, especially products we all love and rely on. Please know Sherry and I are doing our absolute best to combat these delays with not only early ordering, but also relentless follow-ups. We are at the mercy of the lab’s timelines and material availability but know that we do not sit idly or quietly.

Second: I’m expanding our shipping schedule. Beginning Monday, November 18th, 2024, shipping days will now be Monday through Thursday with the final cutoff at 10:00AM EST.

Previously, as you know, I was doing a Monday through Wednesday schedule but have found including Thursday mornings has proven beneficial and had a positive impact on the general rhythm of the week with post office drop offs, and pickups from UPS and DHL.

I will re-post this policy in our Shipping & Returns section of the website should you ever need to reference it when planning your order dates.

As always, I do my absolute best to make myself available to those who require assistance in placing orders, or have general questions via phone or email Monday through Thursday 9:00AM to 4:00PM EST, and Fridays 9:00AM to 12:00PM EST.

There are occasionally times of the day wherein I must step away, whether it be the time it takes to pack and drop shipments off at the post office, or if I have a meeting to attend. But please, rest assured that I am consistently hard at work here and will return any messages you may leave me in the order in which I receive them as quickly as I possibly can.
