If you’ve been a reader of mine for a while, you’ve probably noticed that I tell it like it is and don’t sugar-coat anything.
That’s especially true with respect to my feelings about mainstream medicine.
Now don’t get me wrong—I have a lot of respect for people in the medical field that truly want to help others.
The problem I have lies more with the training that most medical professionals receive because it is largely symptom-focused and pays way too little attention to the underlying causes and factors behind sickness and disease.
Much of the emphasis on treating illness isn’t really “treatment” at all, but rather consists of prescribing measures (which 99.9% of the time means drugs) that merely lessen or cover up symptoms while the underlying cause of the condition remains ignored.
As a result, countless numbers of people spend a good part of their lives chained to a prescription bottle because without it, their symptoms come back and they feel miserable!
Plus remember that EVERY drug has side effects, for which more drugs may be prescribed.
Here’s a perfect example of what I’m talking about:
Does this sound like you?
Have you recently seen a doctor for any of these symptoms?
- Fatigue; exhaustion
- Chronic sinus and/or allergy issues
- Repeated UTIs or vaginal yeast infections
- Brain fog
- Mood swings
- Joint pain
- Gas, bloating, heartburn or constipation
- Persistent cough; sore throat
- Loss of sex drive
If so, chances are good that some blood work was done but everything came back negative.
You were probably given some type of medication (such as pain relievers, antibiotics, acid reducers, laxatives or antidepressants), plus you might have also been “assured” that your symptoms are part of “normal” aging.
But I’d be willing to bet that your problems continued or even got worse.
Well, there's a good reason for that.
The reason is that a whole slew of seemingly unrelated symptoms can be caused by yeast (Candida) overgrowth in your body.
And all the drugs in the world won't do a thing for it.
That's why your problems keep coming back!
Here is what you must know about Candida and how to finally get it under control.
Candida—it’s a balancing act
Yeast (Candida) is always present in your body, and it does serve some valid functions--killing certain harmful bacteria in your intestinal tract, assisting with digestion and helping with nutrient absorption.
As long as you have a healthy gut microbiome, Candida is kept in a healthful balance and does what it's supposed to do.
The problem arises when Candida grows out of control—called Candida Overgrowth Syndrome or COS. Then this relatively harmless yeast becomes a fungal MONSTER that can make you very sick.
A fungal bull in a China shop
When Candida transforms from yeast to fungus, it acts like a bull in a China shop inside your body!
It can eat away at your intestinal walls and make them too porous (known as leaky gut). This allows the Candida, plus any poorly digested food molecules, toxins and wastes in your intestinal tract to seep into circulation and travel throughout your body.
This can lead to rashes, food sensitivities, brain fog, skin and nail infections and genitourinary infections in both men and women, among other things.
In addition, two toxic substances - ethanol and acetaldehyde - are produced, which hamper your red blood cells' ability to flow into your capillaries, and can lead to migraines, muscle aches and fatigue.
These toxins also impair your white blood cells' ability to function (making you more susceptible to infections), and can also trigger allergies, skin rashes, acne and slow healing.
Could it be me?
The important thing to realize is that once you have symptoms, that's a sign that Candida is already out of control in your body…so fighting it becomes crucial.
Here's a self-assessment to see how likely it is that Candida may be affecting you:
Have you:
- Taken a long course of antibiotics, or multiple courses over a short period of time?
- Suffered from persistent prostatitis, vaginal yeast infections or other genital infections?
- Taken birth control pills?
- Taken steroids like prednisone?
- Been treated for cancer with chemotherapy or radiation?
- Craved bread, sugar or alcohol?
- Been diagnosed with HIV/AIDS or an autoimmune condition?
- Been diagnosed with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes?
- Frequently felt fatigued, lethargic, dizzy or disconnected?
- Suffered from poor memory or concentration, loss of sexual desire or mood swings?
- Suffered from constipation, diarrhea, heartburn, bloating or gas?
- Had foot, hair or body odor that persists after bathing?
- Noticed a white coating on your tongue or been diagnosed with oral thrush?
- Had persistent bad breath, nasal congestion, rash in your mouth or sore throat?
- Suffered from persistent cough, chest pain or wheezing?
- Experienced frequent urination or burning with urination?
- Had persistent toenail or fingernail discoloration?
The more “Yes” answers you have, the more likely COS is an issue for you.
How to stop Candida overgrowth syndrome
If you suspect Candida is wreaking havoc in your body, here are ways to help:

Starve Candida
Candida yeasts thrive on sugar and refined carbohydrates. So when you avoid or minimize these foods in your diet, you deprive Candida of the food source it needs to multiply.
This includes all sources of sugar and refined carbs like soda, sweetened drinks, sports drinks, pastries, pasta, bread, white rice, cereals, snack chips, crackers, tortillas and many condiments (like ketchup and barbecue sauce). Read labels carefully as sugar is a hidden ingredient in most processed foods.
Focus instead on eating good carbohydrates like vegetables and legumes. Also helpful are meats and poultry, wild-caught fish, bone broths, and fermented foods like sauerkraut and kimchi.
In addition, although they are nutritious and a source of fiber, fruits are high in sugar and whole grains can feed Candida too, so they are best avoided until you have Candida under control.
Support a healthy microbiome
A healthy diet low in sugars and refined carbs is vital for achieving and maintaining a strong population of friendly flora in your microbiome.
But for many people, it’s not enough—especially if you’ve already got the challenges of COS running rampant in your system.
That’s when a top-notch, potent probiotic supplement like Super Shield Plus multi-strain probiotic formula can be a much-needed boost for your body.
Two of the 15 powerhouse probiotic strains in Super Shield Plus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus acidophilus, have been shown to be extremely effective in fighting Candida!
And Super Shield Plus's 13 other potent strains support L. rhamnosus and L. acidophilus in keeping your microbiome in a healthy balance, ready and able to keep Candida in check, fend off harmful bacteria, and protect against leaky gut.
Use coconut oil
Coconut oil can effectively fight Candida due to its antimicrobial properties, plus it’s a good stable fat for cooking.
Pay no attention to the so-called “dietary” advice parroted by certain medical associations (with NO expertise in nutrition) saying coconut oil should be avoided. These organizations are heavily funded by the vegetable oil industry, so their “advice” is slanted accordingly (follow the money).
Vegetable oils are highly unstable and stir up inflammation in your system, and inflammation is a major contributing factor to heart disease! So the fact that these oils are recommended, while a good stable fat like coconut oil is demonized, is insanity at its best.
If you suspect Candida has been secretly affecting your health, or want to help keep it under control, now is the time to face that fungal monster and minimize its harmful effects on you!
To your health,
Sherry Brescia
My ex-husband and I had always managed to stay friendly after our divorce in February 2017. But I always wanted to get back together with him, All it took was a visit to this spell casters website last December, because my dream was to start a new year with my husband, and live happily with him.. This spell caster requested a specific love spell for me and my husband, and I accepted it. And this powerful spell caster began to work his magic. And 48 hours after this spell caster worked for me, my husband called me back for us to be together again, and he was remorseful for all his wrong deeds. My spell is working because guess what: My “husband” is back and we are making preparations on how to go to court and withdraw our divorce papers ASAP. This is nothing short of a miracle. Thank you Dr Emu for your powerful spells. Words are not enough.

How do you know when Candida is gone? I think this is my issue
